Participates in college recruiting 4. Administers the employment process with respect to employment etc. 5. Conduct interview process 6.Help to conduct the publishment of company newsletter, bulletin board updating 7.Help to conduction company communication , such as monthly commonication meeting & care session 8.Help to organize all internal activities, such as conduct quarterly birthday party, sports activities, all kinds of the celebration
