Qualification, 1.Over junior college in Mechanical, electronic engineering or related fields 2.Good production management experience of leading at least 200 operators; 3.over 2 years of production management in electronic plant, preferable consumer electronics plant. 4.Good command of computer skills and prior to good English speaking, reading and writing 5.Strong leadership, collaboration and management skills 6.Prior to Engineering background and familiar to SPC knowledge and ISO 9000/2000 procedures or 5S or 6-Sigma.
Responsibilities, 1.Lead the production team to meet the schedule on time and assure the good quality produced. 2.Control and improve the production cost by decreasing waste and improving Yield and quality. 3.Plans and designs methods to improve efficiency in production 4.Assures compliance with approved methods and quality standards 5.Responsible to plan and accomplish goals within the shift 6.Organize the related support people to solve the abnormal on line. 7.Communicate with the senior and junior actively and encourage the production team. 8.Review the performance of Line leader and operators.
